At the time of receiving the parcel, if the package is damaged or opened it is advisable not to accept it. Those parcels if accepted are not eligible for returns. Damaged products needs to be notified on the date of delivery and should be sent be back to us within 7 days after receiving the products. Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products else it will deemed void. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. Return shipment charges are to be borne by the customer. Exchange PolicyWhat if i notice my Product damaged upon receiving it?It Usually does not happen, as all our products are checked and packed with utmost care before dispatching. In order to get a defective Product replaced contact Customer Care or Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days from the date of purchase. The Product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped.Note: Refund of Amount is not acceptable with our Company in this Exchange policy.
